Asylum and Human Rights:

As we all know that United Kingdom is a human rights paradise, it is very promising in offering refuge to those who escape brutal/barbaric regimes and are genuinely oppressed. Mr. Hashmi, having profound interest in human rights have made countless successful asylum applications. He has accompanied the oppressed to the courts and advocated to uphold the rights of the oppressed bestowed to him/her under UK’s domestic law.

Administrative and Judicial Reviews:

Mr. Hashmi has filed innumerable administrative and judicial reviews against refusals, courtesy his great understanding of the client’s case and his critical thinking, he has able to overturn a large majority of the refusals.

Divorce/Dissolution:

Mr. Hashmi is highly appreciative of a stable domestic household. He believes that life is all about compromising to co-exist. Prior to petitioning any divorce, Mr. Hashmi, in an attempt to achieve harmony, promotes mediation between the couple.
